The colonel is an immaculately presented and mannered individual from a highly regarded military regiment. He is also as mad as a hatter. I certainly would not want him to be in command of a platoon of tanks although he will not take any messing when it comes to navigating you around. He is not for the faint hearted and god help you if you ever have to do a u-turn!
